Week 2: Separate departmental meetings with the relevant 3GoodQuestions expert.
Week 3: Managers meeting to discuss the 3 keystone questions.
Week 4: 3GQ experts meeting (without client) to brainstorm long list of possible goals and tasks. 1 on 1 update with leader.
Week 5: Managers meeting to distill the long list of goals and tasks onto 1 page.
Output: 1-page business plan summary, plus all meeting notes.
Action: Begin monthly progress review meetings.
